Submittal Review <br /> <br />1. Engineer will perfomi technical and functional reviews of all shop drawings <br />and submittals. <br /> <br />2. Engineer will respond to all contractor requests for information (RFI). <br /> <br />3. Engineer will review and comment on all Change Order (CO) requests and <br />initiate CO requests w:hen appropriate. <br /> <br />4. Engineer will log-in, track, and distribute submittals to the various <br />disciplines and subconsultants. <br /> <br />C. Record Drawings <br /> <br />1. Engineer will prepare Record Drawings using Contractor's "As-Built" plans <br />as a basis for making changes. The Record Drawings will be produced in <br />AutoCAD format. <br /> <br />. . <br />2. The AutoCAD files for the Record Drawings .will be delivered to City staff <br />on computer diskette. In addition, one set of mylar reproducible drawings <br />will be provided. <br /> <br />IV. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Additional services will be provided as required for the following tasks. <br /> <br />A. Surveying <br /> <br />1. Engineer will perform design topographical surveying for the treatment <br />plant site, including the adjacent property to be.used for the sludge <br />dewatering building. Permanent control points and bench marks to USGS <br />datum will be established. <br /> <br />B. Geotechnical Investigation <br /> <br />1. Engineer will conduct geotechnical investigation for design of the Sludge <br />Processing Facility' Improvements. <br /> <br />.C. Construction Materials Testing <br /> <br />1. Engineer. will provide construction materials testing as required during <br />construction. Testing will consist of concrete, soil, road base, asphalt or <br />other required tests. <br /> <br />A-S <br />
