<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Phase Two: Right-of-way Survey <br /> <br />The right-of-way survey will extend from Fairmont Parkway northerly to the north line of <br />the existing City of LaPorte 33.5 acre Park site and will also include one (1) additional <br />tract located south of the Texaco tract identified as the "Verkin Tract". <br /> <br />1. Research the Harris County Deed Records and obtain copies of current ownership <br />and easement deeds for the tracts along this portion of the project. <br />2. Recover existing property comer monuments. <br />3. Calculate the area of the individual tracts to be acquired to achieve the design right- <br />of-way width. <br />4. Set SIB-inch iron rods marking the new right-of-way lines where they intersect the <br />individual property lines. <br />5. Prepare a metes and bounds description for each of the tracts to be acquired. <br />6. Prepare a 1D = 100" map' showing the proposed tracts to be acquired for right-of-way <br />widening. <br />7. Prepare individual maps showing the proposed right-of-way to be acquired from each <br />landowner. <br />8. Provide you with four (4) copies of the maps and descriptions and the digital drawing <br />on floppy disk. ' <br /> <br />The cost to provide the outlined services will not exceed $11,900.00. Actual invoicing will <br />be based on the hourly rates. in affect for the year that this portion of the project is <br />authorized in. The drawings and descriptions can be provided within twenty (20) working <br />days after Walsh/Freese-Nichols, Inc. provides the proposed right-of-way alignment. <br /> <br />Mr. Bavarian, we appreciate this opportunity to be of service.
