Prepare traffic control plans for the pavement tie-in and signal modifications at <br />Spencer Highway and pavement tie-in at Fairmont Parkway (Additional Services). <br /> <br />4. Prepare construction plans and details and coordinate with Harris County to modify <br />the current signal at Spencer Highway to meet the proposed roadway geometric at the <br />intersection (Additional Services), It is assumed that City, through Harris County, <br />furnish in electronic format the existing design plans. <br /> <br />5. Conduct Hydraulic Impact Analysis as it pertains to ditch BI09-00-00 and prepare a <br />report documenting the findings and make recommendation on drainage mitigation, if <br />any, which might be required. (Additional Services) <br /> <br />Our analysis and report excludes preparation of a Conditional Letter of Map Revision <br />(CLOMR) for the FEMA. If City determines that it is needed, a separate Scope and <br />Fee proposal will be submitted. <br /> <br />If mitigation in the form of on-site or off-site detention is required, a supplemental fee <br />proposal will be submitted to the City for approval and authorization prior to <br />performing any design work. <br /> <br />6. Design Phase reimbursable expense as required (Additional Expense). <br /> <br />B. CONSTRUCTION PHASE <br /> <br />Upon completion of the design services and approval of "Final" drawings and specifications <br />by OWNER, upon authorization by OWNER, WFN will proceed with the performance of <br />services in this phase as follows: <br /> <br />a. 'BIDDING SERVICES: <br /> <br />1. Assist OWNER in securing bids. Provide a copy of the notice to bidders for OWNER <br />to use in notifying construction news publications and publishing appropriate legal <br />notice. The cost for publications shall be paid by OWNER. <br /> <br />2. Assist the OWNER in maintaining information on entities that have been issued a set <br />of bid documents. Distribute information on plan holders to interested contractors and <br />vendors on request. <br /> <br />3. Assist the OyvNER by respol1ding to questions and interpreting bid documents. <br />Prepare and issue addenda to the bid documents to plan holders if necessary. <br /> <br />4. Assist the OWNER in conducting a pre-bid conference (if required) for the construction <br />projects and coordinate responses with OWNER.
