TEXAS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING APRIL 1ST, 1936 AND ENDING MARCH 31ST. <br />1931, AND DECLARING AN DlERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORl'E, TEXAS. <br /> <br />Section 1. That for the purpose of providing a budget for the fisoal year <br />begimling April 1, 1936 and ending Maroh 31. 1931, the SUI'IlS set forth below be and ~he <br />same ELre hereby appropriated for the maintenanoe, operation and improvement of the gOT- <br />ernmeILt of the City of La Porte, and the same shall be striotly applied for the sever- <br /> <br />al pur'poses and in the respeotive amounts hereinafter speoified. <br /> <br />Seotion 2.
