<br />for such installations or changes shall be delivered to the person, firm or

<br />or structure as: direoted by the City Eleotrical Inspector before the installati
<br />or ohange is started. Provided, however, that the City Electrioa.1Inspeotor may

<br />SECTION 14- No person, firm, corporation.. or publio service canpany
<br />shall have the right to install any electrical oonduit, wires, duots, poles or
<br />equipment ot any oharacter tor the transmission, distribution.. or utilization
<br />of electrical energy, or for the operation ot signals or the transmission of
<br />intelligenoe on,' over or under the public 21treets, alleys; highways, parks, etc.

<br />City of LaPorte;, without first obtaining fran the City Counoil ot the, City ot
<br />La Porte a f:rano'dse right or grant for the particular installation so desired
<br />to be made and ~ such installation so made under such franchise or grant shall
<br />I,; be in strict co~ormit:Y with all rules, regulations and Ordinanoes of the City
<br />of La Porte.

<br />I SECTION L15 - INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATES. Upon the oanpletlon of the
<br />work which has b,en authorized by issuanoe of a permit it shall be the duty of
<br />the Master Electrioian to man the permit has been issued to immediately notifY
<br />the City EleQtri~ Inspector, who shall inspeotsu,h installation within twenty
<br />four (24) hours, (exclusive of Sundays and Holidays, of the thne such notice is
<br />given.

<br />I tion of' suchcertifioate or certifioates of approval to the public utility corp-
<br />oration furnishing the elec:trio service, or the person, firm or corporation
<br />supplying the energy, shall sU,ffiOEl as proof of authorization tor suoh conneo-
