<br />,I SECTIO~'1 17 - FAILURE TO PAY FEES. Upon the failure of the holder of !
<br />~ a Master l1:lectrioiants License, within ten days after the final oertifioate of
<br />:1 approval is granted on the installation or alteration of electrio 'Ytiring, appa.r-
<br />:, atus, devioes. applianoes, fixtures or equipnent, to pay to the City of La Porte
<br />i in full the fees provided for in Section 16, the lioense of such Master Eleo-
<br />t ~rician, vrithout action on obhe part of the Electrioal Board, shall be auto-
<br />!maticallY suspended and shall be of no force and effeot, and s~id license shall;
<br />; re.main suspended and nullified until such t~e as such fees are paid in iUll;
<br />i provided. howevor, that no lioense which shall have been suspended under the
<br />I terms and provisions of this Section for as muoh as six months time shall be re-
<br />I newed, exoept upon re-examination upon the same terms and oonditions as provided
<br />for herein in the case of original examination. I

<br />'; SECTION 18, - RE-IU'SPECTIOlif. The Cit~,r Electrioal Inspector shall make.
<br />1 upon information or belief that faulty oonditions exist, a thorough re-inspeotio
<br />:i of an,y electrio wiring, apparatus. devices, u.pp1iances, fixtures and equipnent
<br />I now installed or that :may hereafter be installed 'I/rithin the Ci't;y of La Porle and
<br />I wibhin the scope of this Ordinanoe and lm,en the installation of suoh wiring,
<br />: apparatus, devioes. applianoes, fixtures and equipnont is founCl to be at varianc
<br />I with the original permit issued. or to be in a dangerous or unsafe condUion, or
<br />,! if -the eleotric measuring device shall be found to have been tampered "nth so as
<br />; to oreate u. condition dangerous t~ the continuity of the eleotrica1 servioe, or
<br />Ii to property, the person.. firm or corporation owning, using or operating the same
<br />!I shall be notified in writing ~nd shall make the necessary repairs or ohanges re-
<br />, quired to place suoh wiring, apparatus, devices and equipment in safe oondition
<br />ao as to entirely relieve the hazards orea.ted by suoh unauthorized conditions
<br />and have such work canpleted within fi:rtee1l. days or any reasonably longer period
<br />~ specified by the E1eotrical Inspector in said notioe.

<br />Ii; SEOTIO:~ 19 - COHl>lECTIOH' TO InSTALt..i\.TIm~S. No person. firm or oorp-
<br />I oration shall make oonnection from. a source of e1eotrical energy to any elec-
<br />~ trical ~liring, apparatus.. device, applianoe. fixture and equipnent for the in-
<br />: sta11a.tion of whioh a permit is required until it shall have received, as herein
<br />I before provided, and shall have retained, in its files available for inspec'bion,
<br />!j a oertificate of approval iSflued by the City Eleotrioal Inspector authorizing
<br />Ii such oonnection and the use of such v.Tiring, apparatus, devices, ~pplianoes, fix-
<br />;, tures and equipnent.

<br />r lIo person. firm or corporation shall make oonneotion frcn a souroe of
<br />ii eleotrical energy to any electric lviring, ~pparatus, devices, appliances, fix-
<br />[, 't1.lres and equipnent which has been disoonnected by an Electrical Inspector to
<br />Ii be discontinued until a oertificate of approval has been issued by the City
<br />;! Eleatric~l Inspector as herein provided.

<br />~ SECT;o~r 20' -" .nr.t'E~REJICE WITH nmT.ALLATIOl~. No person shall, in any
<br />Ilmanner, interfere 1rith any electric wiring installed or being installed in, or
<br />II on, m:c..1in or wi thout ~ struoture OT building. If in the course of erection
<br />'/ of a buildl:l.g or struoture the wiring is, in such posi'l::ion as to interfere with
<br />!, the erection or canpletion of the building or structure as oal1ed for by the
<br />,!I plans, notice shaU immediately be given the person installing the wiring and
<br />II the needed change: shall be ma.de by such person.

<br />1; SECTlmr 21 - REVIE\7 OF DECISIONS. Ar::J:y person aggrieved by any a.ction
<br />" of an Electrical Inspector may within two days a:rter such action file a petition
<br />in writing for review ot said action of such Electrical Inspeotor with the Elec-
<br />trioal Board by serving same upon the City Seoretary. or leaving same at his
<br />office, and thereupon the Eleotrical Board, within fi:rteen days after the date
<br />of the filing of said petition.. shall hear and deter.mine said appeal. I

<br />I: The Board she,ll have the right to sustain, modif'y or re;rarse the aotio~
<br />'I of the Eleotrical Inspector; provided, hO\'lever, that until suoh tll'ne as the
<br />'I Electrical Inspector's action is reversed or modified by the Electrical Board,
<br />, suoh action shall in all things be effective. The deoision of the Electrical
<br />! Board shall be subject to revie\v by the City Council as provided for in Section
<br />
<br />o hereof.
