The list of repetitive loss <br />properties obtained from FEMA has been mapped, and a copy of the map is <br />attached as Appendix A. Flooding within the City is primarily associated with <br />stream over-flow, tidal surges, and in some instances inadequate stonn sewers <br />or ditches. <br /> <br />We have categorized these repetitive loss properties within four major areas, <br />affecting 14 subdivisions.
