<br />among others, bakeries, banks, barber shops, chemical laboratories, creameries"

<br />
<br />atories, laundries, markets, office buildings, open air stores, power plants,
<br />
<br />radio stations, smoke houses, stores, telephone ex changes, television stations
<br />
<br />and work shops.

<br />(e) STORAGE BUILDllJ'G means a building for the hOUSing, except for
<br />
<br />purely display pwposes, of airplanes, automobiles, railway cars, or other
<br />vehicles of transportation, for . the sl:eltering of horses, live stock or other
<br />
<br />animals, or exclusively for the stor~.ge of goods, wares" or merchandise, not
<br />
<br />excluding in <my cas e offices incide,ntal to such uses; including among others,
<br />
<br />barns, cold storage, freight depots, garages, gasoline bulk stations, grain
<br />
<br />eleva.tors, hangars and storage warehouses.

<br />2. MIXED OCCUPANCY. WherE! a minor portion of a building is used
<br />
<br />for office, study, studio or other s:.milar purpose". the ~uilding shall be
<br />classified as to occupancy on the bauis of the major use. In other cases where
<br />
<br />a building is occupied :tor two or more purposes not included in one class, the
<br />
<br />provisions of iihis ordinance applying to each class of occupancy shall apply
<br />to such parts of the building as come within that class; and if there should
<br />
<br />be conflicting provis:Lons, the requi;:,ements securing t he greater safety shall
<br />
<br />apply.

<br />3. . 'DOUBTFUL CLASSIFICATI CDT . In case a building is not specifically
<br />
<br />provided for, or where there is any uncertainty as to its classifica'tLan, its
<br />status ~ha:)..l be fixed by a duly promulgated rule giving due regard to safety.
