b. Development checklist. <br />c. Project description letter. <br />d. Drainage Plan and/or calculations as required by the Director. <br />e. Exterior building elevations for sites subject to the city's Design Guidelines (Chapter 106, <br />Article IX). <br />f. Traffic Impact Assessment, if required by the Director. <br />g. Any additional information required by the Director. <br />h. Development Site Plan showing the location of all improvements on the site, whether <br />existing or proposed. Proposed improvements shall be in compliance with all applicable local, <br />state and federal requirements. The Development Site Plan shall contain the following <br />graphical information: <br />1. Name of development <br />2. Type of development <br />3. Description of land within proposed development: " acres out of the <br />Survey, Abstract Number , Harris County, Texas." <br />4. Legal description of development, including blocks and lots or reserves or a metes and <br />bounds description of the property boundary. <br />5. Name of owner or authorized representative. <br />6. Name of developer. <br />7. Name of planning consultant. <br />8. Filing date of application. <br />9. Engineering Scale. <br />10. North arrow <br />11. Vicinity map that shows relation of development to surrounding streets, railroads, and <br />water courses. <br />12. Perimeter boundaries of development including dimensions. <br />13. Indicate all building lines on the site. Show shortest distances from each building to <br />nearest property line. <br />14.
