Bulletin Boards and signs, illuminated or otherwise, <br />but not of the flashing or intermittent ty~ for <br />churches and schools, but not exceeding twelve (12) <br />square feet in area when attached to the building <br />or when erected in the front yard behind a building <br />line. Temporary signs pertaining to the sale or <br />rental of property and not exceeding twelve (12) <br />square feet in area are permitted behind the build- <br />ing line, but shall be removed by the agent or <br />owner immediately upon the sale or rental of the <br />premises; provided, however, that no signs advertising <br />the sale or lease of any premises shall advertise <br />the premises for a purpose for which it is not <br />legally zoned. One larger sign announcing or des- <br />cribing a legally approved subd1;ision or develop- <br />ment may be temporarily erected on each approved <br />plat or development; provided, however, that such <br />sign shall not exceed two hundred (200) square <br />feet in area; provided, however, that the location <br />of such sign be approved by the Building Inspector; <br />that it shall be placed so as not to interfere <br />with the occupancy or use of any lots in the subdivision <br />and that it shall be removed upon the completion or sale <br />of eighty-five (85) percent of the lots or dwellings in <br />the subdivision. <br />Section 2. SPECIFICATIONS In "E" Single-Family <br />Dwelling District there shall be a living area of not <br />less than six-hundred fifty (650) square feet. <br />Section 3. HEIGHT REGULATI~.
