<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Article 620-10 <br /> <br />Section 4. AREA REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />1. Front Yard. There shall be a front yard having a <br />minimum depth of twenty-five (25) feet except where a <br />parcel of land is of such area and shape that it cannot <br />be appropriately developed without modification. <br />2. Side Yard. There shall be a side yard on each side of <br />the building plot having a width of not less than five (5) <br /> <br />feet. <br />3. Rear Yard. All buildings shall be not less than two (2) <br /> <br />feet from the alley property line. <br />4. Area of the Lot. All building plots in this district shall <br />contain not less than six thousand (6,000) square feet. <br />5. Buildings on the Lot. The building or buildings on any <br />one (1) lot must not exceed more than one-third (1/3) <br /> <br />of the entire lot area. <br /> <br />6. Parking Space. Off street parking space shall be provided <br />on the lot to accommodate one (1) motor car for each dwell- <br /> <br />ing unitj however, no supporting member of any garage, car <br /> <br />port or other automobile storage structure shall be located <br /> <br />within the required front yard. <br /> <br />Section 5. OTHER REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Moving Permits. A building may be moved into an "E" Single- <br /> <br />Family Dwelling Districtj provided, however, that the <br /> <br />building meets the specifications of this district and <br /> <br />providing it is equal to the highest classification home <br /> <br />within 200 feet of any point of building being moved inj <br /> <br />and provided, it is to be used as a Single-Family Dwell- <br /> <br />ing or accessory building. If the building is to be used <br /> <br />as an accessory building, however, it must be of the same <br /> <br />general construction as the building proper and be of con- <br /> <br />forming use; and provided, further that plans and specifi- <br />cations be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />showing exact location of building on proposed site; na- <br /> <br />ture of improvements, and that these plans and specifica- <br /> <br />tions are to be carried out within a gO-day period. <br /> <br />2. Trailers. <br /> <br />The parking of house trailers will not be <br /> <br />permitted in "E" Single-Family Dwelling District. <br /> <br />31. <br />
