HEIGHT REGULATIONS. No bui loing sha 11 <br />exceed two (2) standard stories in height. <br />Section 3. .AREA REGULATIONS. <br />1. Front Yard. (a) There sha 11 be a front yard having <br />a minimum depth of not less than twenty-five (25) <br />feet, exceot as hereinafter arovided under Article <br />620-11, Section 1 , No.5. <br />(b) Where lots have double frontage, running through <br />fro~ one street to another, the required front <br />yard shall be orovi6ed on both streets, except <br />as hereinafter 0rovided under Article 620-11, <br />;3ection 3, No.1, (a) <br />2. Side Yard. There shall be a side yard on each side of <br />the lot having a width of not less than ten (10) feet <br />or ten per cent (10%) of the average width of the <br />lot, whichever is smaller, but a side yard shall not <br />be less than five (5) feet, except that the side yard <br />of a corner lot adjacent to a side street shall not <br />be less tban ten (10) feet. <br />3. Rear Yard. There sball be a rear yard having a depth <br />of not less than twenty 0er cent (20%) of the depth <br />of the lot. <br />4. Area of the Lot. Except as hereinafter nroviaed all <br />dwellings hereinafter erected, enlarged, relocated, <br />reconstructed, or converted, shall be located upon <br />lots containing.the following areas: <br />(a) A lot on which there is erected a single-family <br />dwelliuE shall oontain not less than six thousand <br /> <br />7.
