Width of the Lot. The minimum width of the lot <br />shall be fifty (50) feet. <br />6. Parking Regulations. (a) Whenever a structure is <br />erected or converted for single-family, two-family, <br />or multiple dwelling use, one off-street parking <br />space shall be provided on the lot but not in the <br />required front yard for each dwelling unit in the <br />structure. No parking garage or structure shall <br />be erected in a required side yard and no open <br />parking space shall be located nearer than two (2) <br />feet to the side lot line. <br />(b) Off street parking space on the lot sufficient <br />to accommodate one automobile for each unit must <br />be provided. <br />Sec~ion__~. Accessory buildings, including a pri- <br />vate garage and bona fide servants quarters not for rent but <br />for the use of servants employed on the premises.
