When the breezeway extends into the ~equired <br />rear yard, it together with the accessory building or buildings <br />may occupy not more than thirty per cent (30%) of the required <br />rear yard, however, where a public alley provides the only <br />access to a garage or accessory building and such alley <br />prOVides open space between lots, more than thirty per cent <br />(30%) of the required rear yard may be covered by accessory <br />buildings provided that the minimum distance between the rear <br />of the main building and the accessory building equals at least <br />twenty (20%) per cent of the depth of the lot. <br />(a) The butlding, or buildings shall be of the <br />same general construction as the main building. No <br />metal roofs. Roofs must be of same general con- <br />struction as building proper. <br />(b) Building, or buildings, must be located on <br />the back side of the lot. <br />Section 5. Signs and name plates relating only <br />to the name of the establishment when such signs are attached <br />to the structure with no po~tion thereof projecting more than <br />one (1) foot into a required yard, if illuminated, not of <br />the flashing or intermittent type, and not exceeding twelve <br />~ (12) square feet in area, may be erected. <br />Section 6 OTHER REGULATIONS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. Moving Permits. No building may be moved into <br />"E" Comn~ercial District. <br /> <br />2. Trailers. The parking of house trailers will not <br />be permitted in "E" Commercial District. <br />3. Fences. Fences will be permitted in "E" Commercial <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />District providing they do not exceed eight (8) <br />feet in height, providing that the construction <br />of the fence is of wood or any other material <br />that blends with the general construction of the <br /> <br />36 <br />
