<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Article 620-13 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Wearing apparel including clothing, shoes, hats, millinery <br />and accessories <br />Used Car Lot, providing cars are in operating condition. <br />Junk Yards, Salvage Yards, Used Merchandise Yards and <br />Auto Wrecking Yards, retail sales only, provided that <br />there is no open display of merchandise outside of the <br />building and that business is operated under one (1) <br />roof. <br />Any other retail use provided such use is not noxious or <br />offensive by reason of the emission of odors, soot, <br />dust, noise, gas fumes or vibration but excluding the' <br />sale of wine, beer or liquor for on premises consump- <br />tion except in B-2 and B-4 Commercial District. <br />Accessory building and uses customarily incident to the <br />above. No accessory use shall be construed to permit <br />the keeping of articles or material in the open or on <br />the outside of the building. <br />SECTION 2. SPECIFICATION FOR BUILDING <br />1. All buildings must be on a concrete slab. <br />2. The building front must be of masonry and glass, the <br />door may be of wood, and the trim on the front may be of <br />wood. <br />3. If the building is situated on the property line~ its <br />walls must be six (6) inch masonry construction, i1 Jo~s <br />not exceed one-standard story in height; eight-inch masonry <br />if height does not exceed thirty-five (35) feet. <br />L~. The roof is to be semi-fire proof. <br />5. If the bUilding is set ten (10) feet off the property <br />line, the walls may be built of a semi-fire proof material <br />and the roof must also be semi-fire proof. <br />SECTION 3.
