Foundations of buildings in all <br />districts shall be so designed to carry th <br />loads specified in the general use, height <br />of walls and type of construction; and in <br />"A", "B", and" C Plusl! Single Family Dwelling <br />District, all foundations must be completely <br />enclosed with a masonry wall. <br />Section 3. The boundaries of these districts are <br />indicated upon the Zoning Map of the City of La Porte, which is <br />on file in the office of the City Secretary and made a part of <br />this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. No land shall be used for and no building <br /> <br />shall be erected for or converted to any use other than provided <br /> <br />in the regulations prescribed for the district in which it is <br /> <br />located, except as hereinafter, provided. <br /> <br />Artie Ie 620-4 <br /> <br />NEWLY ANNEXED TERRITORY <br /> <br />Section 1. All territory annexed to the City <br />of La Porte hereafter shall be temporarily classified for <br />single-family dwelling purposes only until permanently zoned <br />by the governing body of the City of La Porte. The City Plan- <br />ning and Zoning Commission shall, as soon as practicable after <br />annexation of any of the territory to the City of La Porte, <br />institute proceedings on its own motion to give the newly annexed <br />territory a permanent zoning, and the procedure to be followed <br />shall be the same as is provided by law for the adoption of <br />original zoning regulations. <br />Section 2.
