<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2-.Article 620-4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />construction of a building other than a single-family dwell- <br />ing, addition to or the remodeling of an existing building <br />or accessory building shall be issued by the City Secretary <br />until such permit has been specifically authorized by the <br />Ci ty Counci 1. Permits for the cons truc tion of bu:D..di ngs in <br />a newly annexed territory prior to permanent zoning may be <br />authorized by the City Council under the following conditions: <br />An application for any use shall be made to the City <br />Secretary, said application to show the use contemplated, a <br />plat showing the size 0: the lot or tract of land being used, <br />and the location of and the size and type of buildings, <br />additions, and/or remodeling to be constructedj and if such <br />application is for other than a single-family dwelling or <br />accessory building related thereto, it shall be referred by <br />the City Secretary to the City Planning and Zoning Commission <br />for consideration and its recommendation to the City Council, <br />after giving due consideration to the type of permanent zoning <br />to be applied to the area in which the application is located. <br />Whenever such a recommendation is filed with the City Council <br />it shall be advisory only, and the City Council may grant or <br />deny it as the facts may justify. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Article 629.",5 <br /> <br />"All SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT REGULATIONS <br />Section 1. USE REGULATIONS. In "A" Single- <br />Family Dwelling District no land shall be used and no building <br />shall be erected for or converted to any use other than: <br />1.
