Parking Regulations. <br />(a) The parking regulations for single-family, two- <br />family, and multiple-family dwellings are the same <br />as those in the "E" Multiple Dwelling District. <br />(b) The parking regulations for clinics, hospitals, <br />hotels, clubs, lodges, places of public assembly, <br />rooming and lodging houses are the same as those <br />in the "Ell Multiple Dwelling District. <br />(c) The parking regulations for retail, personal <br />services, professional offices and restaurants are <br />the same as those in "A" Commercial District. <br />(d) Business offices and banks shall provide 01'1'- <br />street parking space at a ratio of one (1) space f~r <br />each five hundred (500) square feet of floor area. <br />(e) Bowling alleys shall provide off-street parking <br />space at a ratio of three (3) spaces for each alley. <br />(f) Motor-vehicle salesrooms and used car lots shall <br />provide off-street parking space at a ratio of one <br />(1) space for each one thousand (1,000) square feet <br />of sales floor or lot area. <br />(g) Commercial amusements establishments, night clubs, <br />and skating rinks shall provide off-street parking <br />space at a ratio of one (1) space for each one hundred <br />(100) square feet of floor area used for amusement <br />or skating. <br />(h) Manufacturing, industrial, and processing estab- <br />lishments, repair shops, warehouses, storage buildings, <br />lumber and supply yards shall provide off-street park- <br />ing space at a ratio of one (1) space for each five <br />(5) employees. The maximum number of employees on <br />duty at any time, day or night, shall be the basis of <br />determining parking requirements for any establishment. <br />Where the number of employees is indeterminate, 01'1'- <br />street parking space shall be provided at a ratio of <br />one (1) space for each one thousand (1,000) square <br />feet of floor area. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />58 <br />
