<br />the City Commission of the Citr of La Porte. the <br />terms and provisions of this Ordmance shall prevail <br />and such conflicting portions of the prior ordinance <br />are hereby repealed. <br />Section 68. Any Person. Firm., Corporation or the <br />Agent of same, violating any of the provisions of <br />this Ordinance shall upon conviction thereof, be <br />fined not more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) <br />for each offense, and in case of willful and con- <br />tinuous violation of the provisions of this Ordinance <br />by any such Person or his Agent. the City Commis- <br />sion shall have the power to revoke and repeal all <br />permits and privileges granted to said Person <br />., or Agent. <br />This Ordinance shall be effective and shall be <br />enforced on the eleventh day after the first of two <br />consecutive publications of the caption in the offi- <br />cial Newspaper of the City of La Porte. <br />Passed and approved this the 18th day of January. <br />1963. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />H.
