Section 64. Responsibilities of Master Electrician, Outside Electrician, Electrical and/or Owner. After the issuance of the Ceritficate of Approval by the Electrical Inspector, the Owner, Person, Finn or Corporation in whose name the meter or work is con- tracted for, shall be responsible for all defects caused by such Owner, Person, Firm or Corporation. Section 65. All Master Contractors certified under this Code shall be required to furnish and to keep in force each year during the life of his license, a Surety Bond to the City of La Porte in the sum of $1,000.00. The bond shall be conditioned that the holder thereof will indemnify and hold the City of La Porte harmless against all cost, expenses, dam- ages, and injuries sustained by said City by reason of the carelessness or neglect of said person in operating under this Code.
