Section 10. <br /> <br />All the territory lying within the limits described as <br />follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the North right-of-way <br />line of 11011 Street projected Westerly, and the East <br />right-of-way li~e of the G.H. & S.A. Railroad (also known as <br />T. & N.O. Railroad) said point being in one of the present <br />City Limit lines of the City of La porte: <br /> <br />THENCE in a Southerly direction along the East right-of- <br />way line of the satd G.H. & S.A. Railroad to the North <br />boundary line of that portion of Shoreacres Subdivision <br />lying West of State Highway 146, according to the map <br />or plat of such Shoreacres Subdivision recorded in Volume <br />7, Pages 10 and II, of the Map Records of Harris County, <br />Texa s : <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />THENCE in an Easterly direction along the North boundary <br />line of ,that portion of Shoreacres Subdivision lying West <br />of State Highway 146 a distance of five (5) feet to a <br />point for corner: <br /> <br />THENCE in a Northerly direction along an imaginary line <br />paralle~ to and five" (5) feet East of the East right-of- <br />way line of said G. H. & S. A. Ra'ilroad to the intersection <br />of said imaginary line and the North right-of-way line of <br />said 11011 Street projected Westerly: <br /> <br />THENCE in a Westerly direction along a Westerly projection <br />of the North right-of-way line of said 11011 Street a distance <br />of five (5) feet, more or less, to the East right-of-way <br />line of the said G.H. & S.A.
