A letter from the servicing utility companies stating <br /> <br />that the plat includes the easements required by them <br /> <br />in the furnishing of utilities to this and future subdivi- <br /> <br />sions. <br /> <br />11. Two copies of deed restrictions. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4. 04 ACTION ON FINAL PLAT BY PLANNING COMMISSION. <br /> <br />1. Following a review of the final plat, and when to the <br /> <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer, all conditions and re- <br /> <br />quirements have been met, the City Planning Commission <br /> <br />shall approve the said plat. <br /> <br />2. Should the final plat as submitted fail to meet the condi- <br /> <br />tions and requirements of the City Engineer, then the <br /> <br />Planning Commission shall disapprove said plat and note <br /> <br />its disapproval thereon, and attach thereto a statement of <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />the reasons for disapproval. <br /> <br />3. Approval or disapproval of the final plat shall be voted by <br /> <br />the Planning Commission within 30 days after submission <br />of said final plat. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
