<br />It <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(1) - Distances to be provided along the side lot lines from <br />_ the front lot line to the point where the side line crosses <br />the drainage easement line or the high bank of a stream. <br />(2) Traverse line to be provided along the edge of all large <br />water courses in a convenient location, preferable along <br />a utility easement if paralleling the drainage easement <br />or stream. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />S. 02 ALLEYS. <br />When alleys are provided, they shall have a minimum width <br />of 20 feet. <br />5.03 SIDEWALKS. <br />Sidewalks shall be provided in all subdivisions. Sidewalks <br />will be required in front of all lots. Exceptions to this re- <br />quirement may be granted by the Planning Commission where <br />a sidewalk along side of corner lot would serve no useful pur- <br />pose. <br />5.04 LOTS. <br />General: The lot design of a neighborhood should provide <br />for lots of adequate width and depth to provide open area and <br />to eliminate overcrowaing. Lots should be rectangular so <br />far as practicable and should have the side lot lines at right <br />angles to the streets on which the lot faces or radial to <br />curved street lines. Lots with double frontage are prohibited <br />except under special conditions and upon approval by the <br />Planning Commission. <br />1.
