<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. ~759-C, Page 2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~(2) $2.00 per front foot of the lot, tract or <br /> <br />parcel of land to which sanitary sewer connections may be <br /> <br />made; a stack fee of $75.00; and an inspection fee of <br /> <br />$5.00. <br /> <br />Section'2. Sub-paragraph (3) of Section 5 of Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 759, is hereby amended, and shall hereafter read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />"(3) For lots or tracts that are intended to be <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />used for, or are being used for, school, church, institutional, <br />business, commercial or lndustrial purposes, including apart- <br />ment, shopping center, and other multi-building and multi- <br /> <br />tenant projects, the connection charge shall be, in the case <br /> <br />of water, $1.50 per 120 square,"feet of the connected area <br /> <br />served, plus a flat fee per connection, as provided in Section <br /> <br />2 hereof, and all applicable inspection fees, provided, however, <br /> <br />that in no event shall such connection charge be less, in the <br /> <br />case of water, than an ',amount equal to $1.50 per front foot, <br /> <br />nor more than an amount equal to the total cost of constructing <br /> <br />required water mains to provide water service .to such property. <br /> <br />"In the case of sewer lines, the lots or tracts <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />that are intended to be used for,' or are being used for, the <br /> <br />purposes noted in the preceding paragraph, the connection <br /> <br />charge shall be $2.50 per 120 square feet of connected area <br /> <br />served, provided, however, that in no event shall such <br /> <br />connection charge be less than an amount equal to $2.50per <br /> <br />front foot, nor more than an amount equal to the total cost <br /> <br />of constructing required sewer mains to provide sewer service <br /> <br />to such-: property. <br />'. <br /> <br />"The area served shall be the area developed and <br /> <br />improved, including off-street parking areas, but shall not <br /> <br />include areas intended for future development. As to those <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />undeveloped and,unimproved areas for which a connection <br /> <br />charge is not paid, a connection charge in an amount determined <br /> <br />in accordance with the provisions of the ordinances of the City <br /> <br />-:-;:-':.:-.~. <br />of t~'porte will be collected at such time as they are developed. <br />:::~ _r-'::./ <br />
