Nature of the protest. <br /> <br />(c) A written protest may be filed either individually, or <br />in conjunction with other owners of property adjoining <br />the tract that is to be rezoned. <br /> <br />(13) If rezoning is approved, the City Engineer shall note the zoning <br />change on the city zoning map. <br /> <br />(14) To begin construction of the proposed uses on the rezoned <br />property, the property owner or his designated representative <br />must follow all applicable city codes or ordinances.
