<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />1.7.7 During the Operational Phase, the ARCHITECT will assist <br />the OWNER in consultations and discussions with CONTRACTOR <br />concerning the correction of deficiencies brought to the <br />ARCHITECT's attention, and when appropriate, review or make written <br />recommendations regarding replacement or correction of the Work as <br />proposed by the Contractor. <br /> <br />The duties and responsibilities of ARCHITECT during the <br />Operational Phase are amended and supplemented as indicated in <br />paragraph 7 of Exhibit A "Further Description of Basic Services and <br />Related Matters". <br /> <br />1-11 <br />
