Concurrent with the development of design drawings, <br />the ARCHITECT will develop contract documents and <br />specifications. Final specifications will be <br />presented to OWNER for approval. <br /> <br />c. Attend ~ meetings with City staff to discuss <br />project and direction of the work. After each <br />meeting ARCHITECT shall circulate for approval a <br />set of minutes that outline the key topics <br />discussed and any decisions, directions, etc. <br />agreed upon by OWNER and ARCHITECT. <br /> <br />d. Make formal submittal of Drawings, Specifications <br />and Contract Documents for the OWNER's review at <br />the following completion stages: <br /> <br />Interim - 50 % of Detailed Design provide 1 set. <br />Pre-Final - 90 % of Detailed Design provide 2 sets. <br />Final - 100% of Detailed Design provide 2 sets. <br /> <br />e. The ARCHITECT will develop a final "Total Probable <br />cost" estimate. <br /> <br />f. Provide document sets to OWNER as outlined in <br />Paragraph 1.4.5. <br /> <br />The Construction Document Phase Services will be completed and <br />the Report submitted within 15 calendar days following <br />written authorization from OWNER to ARCHITECT to proceed with <br />that phase of services. <br /> <br />A-2 <br />
