<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />acquired or rehabilitated with federal assistance shall be notified of <br />the hazards of lead-based paint poisoning as described in 24 CFR <br />570.608(b). Elimination of lead-based paint hazards will be <br />undertaken in accordance with the procedures established in 24 CFR <br />570.608(C). <br /> <br />XI. <br /> <br />USE OF DEBARRED SUSPENDED OR INELIGIBLE CONTRACTORS <br /> <br />The City shall not use assistance to directly or indirectly <br />employ, award contracts to, or otherwise engage the services of, or <br />fund any contractor or subcontractor during any period of debarment, <br />suspension or placement in ineligibility status under provisions of 24 <br />CFR Part 24. <br /> <br />XII. <br /> <br />UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS AND COST PRINCIPALS <br /> <br />The City and its agencies or instrumentalities, and subrecipients <br />shall comply with the policies, guidelines, and requirements of 24 CFR <br />Part 85, "Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and <br />Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments: II and OMB <br />Circular No. A-87, IIPrinciples for Determining Costs Applicable to <br />Grants and Contracts with State, Local and Federally recognized Indian <br />Tribal Governments:" and A-128, IIAudits of State and Local <br />Governments" (implemented at 24 CFR Part 44) as they relate to the <br />acceptance and use of federal funds under this part.
