A copy of the <br />material safety data sheets for the commodity (s) <br />shall be included with the submittal if the owner <br />or operator is required by federal or state law <br />to have material safety data sheets available; <br /> <br />(e) The maximum allowable operating pressure on the <br />pipeline as determined according to the U.s. <br />Department of Transportation and state Railroad <br />Commission procedures or the maximum design <br />strength for unregulated pipelines, if <br />applicable; <br /> <br />(f) The normal operating pressure range of the <br />pipeline; <br /> <br />(g) The maximum allowable temperature under which the <br />substance or product may be pumped or otherwise <br />caused or permitted to flow through any and all <br />of the particular portions of the pipeline, if <br />applicable; <br /> <br />4 <br />
