<br />Whenever the term "building official" is used in the building code adopted by this article, it
<br />shall be held to mean the buildipg inspector for the city or his d\lly designated represent~tives~

<br />Sec. 82-33. Effec;:t of building code's provisions.

<br />Whenever any provision of the Quilding code adopted by this article and any provision ofthis
<br />Code ~pply to the same situation or are i,n cop-met, the most restrictive shall govern,

<br />Sec. 82-34. Liability insur~nce requirements for polders of permit!:! for moving
<br />buildings.
<br />
<br />The holder of a permit for the moving of a building shall he required to carry liability
<br />in.surance ip the following sums:
<br />
<br />(1) The minimum sum of,$50,OOO,OO for injury or death of one persop, or $100,000.00 for
<br />injury Or death to mOre than one person from anyone accident; and
<br />
<br />(2) The min.imum sum of $100,000,00 fOT property d~mage for anyone accident,
<br />
<br />Such polil;y shall contain a provision obligating the insurer to give a written notice of
<br />cancellation, not less than. ten days prior to the date of such cancellation, to the building
<br />inspector. No moving permit will be iss1,led unless such insurance is in full force and effect.

<br />Sec. 82-35. General and building contractors; liability insurance requiJ;'em,ents.
<br />
<br />(a) No pennit shall be issued for any general or building contracting work, as such work is
<br />defined within the Standard J3uilding Code, adopted in section 82-31, until the general or
<br />building contractor or his employer shall have arranged to carry the following insurance:
<br />
<br />(1) Workers' compensation insurance on each and everyone of his employees as required
<br />and in accordance with the provisions of the state Workers' Compensation Act;
<br />
<br />(2) Public liability insurance to the extent of $50,000,00 for anyone accident, and
<br />$100,000,00 for anyone person; and
<br />
<br />(3) Property damage insurance to the extent of $10,000,00 for anyone accident, and
<br />$100,000,00 in the aggregate,
