<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Grease and oil interceptors shall be constructed of impervious materials capable <br />of withstanding abrupt and extreme changes in temperature. They shall be <br />substantially constructed, watertight, and equipped with easily removable covers <br />which when bolted in place, shall be gas tight and watertight. Grease and oil and <br />sand interceptors shall be maintained by the person or permittee, at their expense, <br />in continuously efficient operation at all time. <br /> <br />14.2 Interceptor Sizing <br /> <br />A. Within sixty (60) days from the date of this ordinance, any person <br />discharging or desiring to discharge an industrial mixture into the public <br />sewers of the City, or any sewer connected, shall provide and maintain in <br />a suitable, accessible position on the permittee's premises, or such <br />premises occupied by the permittee, a sample well or manhole near the <br />outlet of sewer, drain, pipe, channel, or connection to the sewer or sewage <br />works of the City.
