<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 2003 - 2641 <br /> <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />Section 4: That Appendix A, Chapter 82, "Buildings and Building <br />Regulations," Article V, "Fuel Gas Code Permit Fee Schedule," of the Code of <br />Ordinances, La Porte, Texas, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />FUEL GAS CODE PERMIT FEES <br /> <br />(Gas permits shall be applied for and issued under the plumbing permit.) <br /> <br />Fees shall be in accordance with the Plumbing Permit Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />PENALTIES <br /> <br />When is work is started without the required permit, the fee herein specified shall be <br />doubled. The payment of such double fee shall not relieve any persons from fully <br />complying with the requirements in the execution of the work nor from any other <br />applicable penalties. <br /> <br />Section 5: That Appendix A, Chapter 82, "Buildings and Building <br />Regulations," Article VII, "Mechanical Code Permit Fee Schedule," of the Code of <br />Ordinances, La Porte, Texas, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />MECHANICAL PERMIT FEES <br /> <br />Permit Issuance: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />For the issuance of each permit <br /> <br />520.00 <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />For issuing each supplemental permit for which the original <br />permit has not expired or been canceled or tinaled <br /> <br />$15.00 <br /> <br />Unit Fee Schedule an addition to Items 1 & 2 above): <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Furnaces <br />For the installation or relocation of each forced-air or <br />gravity-type furnace or burner, including ducts and vents <br />attached to such appliance, up to and including <br />100,000 BtuIh (29.3 kW) <br /> <br />$15.00 <br />
