REVIEW AND DISCUSS CHAPTERS 16-18 OF THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING <br />CODE <br />Following a discussion by the Board, Mr. Bunch mad a motion to close the review and <br />discussion of these chapters. Second by Mr. Larson. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />5. ESTABLISH NEXT MEETING DATE, TIME AND TOPICS <br />Mr. Bunch made a motion to hold the next meeting on November 9,2006 at 6 p.m. with <br />the following agenda items. 1) Discussion of Chapters 19-23 of the Residential Building <br />Code, and 2) Review and Consider Action on a Board Recommendation Memo to City <br />Council regarding a possible local residential and commercial amendment prohibiting the <br />use of "quick stab" (push-in type/spring connection) on all electrical devices. Second by <br />Mr. Larson. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />6. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br />There was none. <br /> <br />7. BOARD COMMENTS <br />Chairman Campbell thanked the Board for their support in recommending City Council <br />approve an electrical amendment prohibiting the use of "quick stab" devices. <br /> <br />8. ADJOURN <br />A motion to adjourn by Mr. Elfstrom with a second by Mr. Larson. Motion passed <br />unanimously.
