Establish Hubs at remote locations so that maximum utilization can result in the <br />transporting of data from point A to Point B. <br />. Work with the city staff to consolidate Servers into one central location for ease of <br />maintenance, support and cross training. <br />. Establish and create Applications Server (Partitioned) in order to run multiple <br />applications thus reducing the number of Servers, making Server easier to maintain <br />and support. <br />. Install new Servers and migrate all Servers to utilize the Window 2003 operating <br />systems. <br />. Establish all the components in the Network and new Servers to support Win2003. <br />. Provide a solution as part of the restructure to remove the single point of failure for <br />the Network. <br />. Establish a file sharing methodology for city staff. <br />. Work to reduce and or eliminate the remote backups for the five remote locations. <br />. Establish a Backup Strategy that will be easy to support by any member of the IT <br />Department <br />.
