Building - Radio Tower Change Proposal <br /> <br />Dear Steve: <br /> <br />At your request we are pleased to submit to you our change proposal to incorporate the new Radio Tower into the contract. <br />We have completed our pricing and review of the requirements. Included is the Sabre Communications Tower model S3TL <br />self-supporting Tower and accessories. Sabre Communications has included all design, materials and installation. Please find <br />below our proposal information for your review and considerations; <br /> <br />Design <br /> <br />The Sabre Communications design is based on; <br /> <br />1. 2003 International Building Code <br /> <br />2. Our Geo-technical report by Tounay Wong <br /> <br />3. Basic wind speed of 130 MPH (150 MPH 2003 IBe 3 second gusts) with 0" radial ice in accordance with <br />ANSI/EIAI TIA-222-F-1996 <br /> <br />Sabre Model S3TL Self-Supporting Tower <br /> <br />Quantity of one (I) 100' Sabre Model S3TL self-supporting tower <br /> <br />The Tower will be triangular in design with a base width of 11' - 0" tapering to 5' -0" at the top.
