In the case of residential construction, a certified site plan <br />shall not be required when: <br /> <br />1) Said residential construction is only for an accessory <br />building of less than 200 square feet; or <br /> <br />2) Said construction is on lots or tracts that have been <br />surveyed by a registered surveyor, and have all property <br />corners permanently marked and visible, <br /> <br />Section 4 - 101 No development shall occur upon land designated as <br />a conservation area, unless a waiver is obtained from the City <br />Council of the City of La Porte, T~i$, pursuant to the provisions <br />of Sect~9g~~2.07 of the Development~brdinance of the City of La <br />Porte, W~~. <br /> <br />Section 4 - 102 All buildings shall be Be placed Be ffi.1&lu!&%~ <br />~~~ that they will not obstruct future streets which..........rnay'......be <br /> <br />-~~~:!~ <br /> <br />City of La Porte. ... ................... ............... ... <br /> <br />Section 4 - 103 Except in the case of apartment or condominium <br />developments, industrial developments and Planned Unit <br />Developments, as provided for in this Ordinance, not more than one <br />(1) principal building shall be located on a lot. The words <br />"principal building" shall be given their connnon, ordinary meaning; <br />in case of doubt or on any question of interpretation, the decision <br />of the Enforcement Officer shall be final, subject to the right of <br />appeal to the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />Section 4 -104 On a through lot within residential districts (a <br />lot fronting on two (2) substantially parallel streets), the rear <br />lot line shall be defined as the major street, where access is <br />prohibited, and the minimum rear yard setback shall be twenty feet <br />(20') for applying the yard and parking regulations of this <br />Ordinance. <br />
