<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Section 4 - 105 Except in a Planned Unit Development, no building <br />shall be located closer than ten feet (10') from any existing or <br />proposed street right-of-way. <br /> <br />Section 4 - 200 Non-Conforming Buildings, Structures. and Uses <br /> <br />The general nublic, the Planning ~llali3.8 Commission and the <br />Board oflUiiilJ!$1Hi.e1it are directed to 't"aket.note...*that non-conformities <br />in the::"'uset';:.and::::'deve:lopment of land and buildings are to be avoided, <br />or eliminated where now existing, wherever and whenever possible, <br />except when necessary to preserve property rights, specific <br />structures, lots, or uses established prior to the date these <br />regulations became effective as to the property in question, and <br />when necessary to promote the general welfare and to protect the <br />character of surrounding property. It shall be the responsibility <br />of the Pla~i~g ~1MI~~~ ~ommission and. t~e Doard,to assis~ the <br />City Counc~l ~n ach~ev~ng th~s goal by adv~s~ng the C~ty Counc~l of <br />their recommendations thereon. Continuance of Non-Conforming Structures <br /> <br />Subject to all limitations herein set forth, any <br />non-conforming structure may be occupied and operated and <br />maintained in a state of good repair, but no non-conforming <br />
