and local storm water permitting requirements and any air emissions must be permitted or otherwise authorized <br />by the TCEQ. <br />Occupational and Safety Issues: The Federal Occupational Health and Safety Administration compliance <br />records were searched and no violations or complaints have been recorded concerning Preferred Freezer Services. <br />Current Property Tax History: According to the Office of the Tax Assessor -Collector there are no records for <br />Preferred Freezer Services in Harris County. <br />Proposed Abatement Schedule: <br />• Duration -Ten years, beginning January 1, 2007 and ending December 31, 2016. <br />• Amount Abated — 50 percent in, each of the ten years to be covered by the abatement agreement, in <br />accordance with the terms of The Harris County Tax Abatement Guidelines in effect at the time the <br />application was received in August of 2006. <br />Jobs: Preferred Freezer Services will commit to creating 35 new full time positions for the Harris County <br />facility. <br />ECONOMIC BENEFIT ANALYSIS <br />Fiscal Impact: <br />• Average Annual Taxes Abated: $22,175 <br />• Current Annual Revenue: $1,053 <br />• Average annual revenue during abatement period: $33,055 <br />• The County's average annual revenue during the abatement period increases by $32,002' <br />• After the Abatement Period, the annual revenue increases by $35,169 over current revenues. <br />Regional Multiplier AnalysisZ: <br />• By creating 35 new full time jobs as described. above, 38 indirect jobs would also be created. <br />• The total annual economic impact of this project is estimated to be $9.8 million. <br />' Total for all County entities (.63998 per $100 valuation).
