<br />2 <br /> <br />Fluoride - 30 lbs/MG (wet weight) <br /> <br />Aqueous Ammonia - 5.0 lbs/MG (dry weight) <br /> <br />Chlorine Ton Cylinder 30.0 lbs/MG (dry weight) <br /> <br />Participants will not be required to make payment for treatment chemicals in <br /> <br />excess of the specified maximum usages. Should an annual average usage exceed the <br /> <br />specified maximum usage, reimbursement for that cost will be made by the Managing <br /> <br />Participant in the annual operations and maintenance cost true up <br /> <br />3. The Managing Participant shall provide the draft Annual O&M Budget at least 30 <br /> <br />days prior to the beginning of the Managing Participant's fiscal year. <br /> <br />Exhibits "E", "E LaPorte" and "E Pasadena" are amended such that during the <br /> <br />Service Term "Overhead Costs" shall include $600,000 for the Managing <br /> <br />Participant management, support and other indirect costs, but there shall be no <br /> <br />percentage payment for "Total Contracted Water Services." Each fiscal year the <br /> <br />Managing Participant may adjust the Overhead Costs by increasing this amount <br /> <br />by no more than the increase in the CPI Index for the previous fiscal year. "CPI <br /> <br />Index" means the U.S. Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers for the <br /> <br />Houston-Galveston Brazoria Texas Metropolitan Area. <br /> <br />C.
