Resolution <br /> <br />Budgeted Item: _YES ....LNO <br /> <br />SUMMARY & RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />In its Preliminary Engineering Report for F216-00-00 Phase II Watershed Improvements, Harris <br />County Flood Control District calls for an ultimate right-of-way width for Little Cedar Bayou of <br />120' between Spencer Highway and Sens Road The ultimate right-of-way for the proposed <br />channel is established by offsetting the centerline of the existing channel 60' on either side. <br /> <br />In order to facilitate construction of Phase II improvements, action is required to prohibit the <br />issuance of new building permits within the 120' ultimate right-of-way of the Phase II <br />improvements. <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" ofthe Resolution (see attached), illustrates the ultimate right-of-way for F216 Phase IT <br />improvements as well as the affected properties. <br /> <br />Action Required of Council: <br /> <br />Approve a resolution prohibiting the issuance of new building permits within the area designated <br />for F216 Phase IT Watershed Improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
