They shall be mowed a minimum <br />of once each 30 days. <br />• Dedicated rights-of--way shall remain unfenced <br />and unobstructed. <br />• Property designated for use in the F-101 drainage <br />project shall remain unfenced and unobstructed. <br />• Applicants shall, prior to erection of fencing, <br />submit to the Director of Planning, a letter from <br />Houston Lighting and Power Company stating <br />that azrangements for access to the property aze <br />adequate and satisfactory. As an alternative, the <br />"H" Street right-of--way can remain unfenced and <br />• unobstructed. <br />• Animal concentration shall not exceed one (1) <br />animal per each 1.75 acres of pasture area. This <br />concentration limit shall apply to each sepazately <br />fenced pasture. <br />This permit shall be valid for a period of one (1) <br />yeaz from date of Council approval. At the end <br />of this period, the applicant shall apply for a new <br />Special Conditional Use Permit. <br />At such time as the applicant's lease with <br />Southern Pacific is allowed to lapse, or is <br />terminated by either party, this Special <br />Conditional Use Permit will become void and all <br />livestock must be removed from this tract. <br />r~ <br />U <br />
