Project <br /> development shall be in accordance with the following conditions: <br /> 1. A site development plan shall be submitted in accordance with applicable requirements of the <br /> City of La Porte's Development Ordinance and shall comply with all provisions of Chapter 106, <br /> "Zoning" of the City's Code of Ordinances and all other department reviews and applicable <br /> laws and ordinances of the City of La Porte and the State of Texas. <br /> 2. The underlying zoning is General Commercial. All GC zoning and development requirements <br /> will need to be met,outside of any conditions listed below. <br /> 3. Permitted use is limited to Boat and RV Storage, which falls under NAICS#531130-Lessors of <br /> Miniwarehouses and Self-Storage Units. No other uses permitted under this NAICS, besides <br /> Boat and RV Storage, is permitted. <br /> 4. At no time can commercial motor vehicles,trucks, or trailers, be parked or stored on site. Use <br /> is limited to personal boats and recreational vehicles. <br /> 5. Fencing fronting Canada Road must be constructed of either masonry,wrought iron, or <br /> decorative tubular steel. Use of chain-link, wood,or barbed wire is prohibited. <br /> 6. Remaining perimeter fencing may be wood or chain link with barbered wire but must be 100% <br /> opaque. <br /> 7. Perimeter fencing must be a minimum 8'tall. <br /> 8. A minimum 30' landscaping buffer is required along Canada Rd.
