<br />as 8.4 acres out of Tracts 2A, 3, 4, 4A, & Tract 23D Bayport, Section 1, Abstract 625, R
<br />Pearsall Survey, Harris County, Texas in the Business Industrial (BI) zoning district;

<br />Mayor Rigby opened the public hearing at 6:29 p.m. Director Evans provided a presentation; there
<br />were no public speakers for the hearing, although a representative of the owner was permitted to
<br />speak during Council deliberations. Mayor Rigby closed the public hearing at 6:42 P.M.
