INC., a <br />Texas business corporation, hereinafter called "COMPANY", amending <br />the agreement between the parties approved by the City Council of <br />the City of La Porte on June 26, 2000. <br /> <br />For and in consideration of the premises, and the mutual <br />covenants herein contained, the' parties agree that the 3 acre <br />tract, described by metes and bounds on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto, incorporated by reference herein, and made a part hereof <br />for all purposes, is hereby DELETED from the legal description of <br />the real property as described on Exhibit "A" of the Industrial <br />District Agreement of June 26, 2000. . <br /> <br />Except as hereby amended, said Agreement shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />Entered into effective the 1st day January, 2001. <br /> <br />CRUSE I (U.S.A.)
