Mckinstry Le~~ue, Abstract 47, Haf~i~ County, Texas, and being out of that certain 20.00 acre tract of land conveyed to Chusei (U.S.A.) Inc., by instrument recorded under Pile Number N29l863 and Pilm Code 044-08-0907 of the Harris County Official Public Records of Real Property and out of that certain 22.72 acre tract of land conveyed to Chusei (U.S.A.) Inc., by instrument recorded under Pile Number U115813 and Pilm Code 529- S2-3S~8 of the Harris County Official Public Records of Real Property; said 3.000 acres (130,680 square feet) of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows (all bearings are referenced to the monumented west line of said 20.00 acre tract): COMMENCING at a 5/8 inch iron rod found for the northeast Corner of said 22.72 acre tract, same being the northwest corner of said 20.00 acre tr.ct and also being in the south line of that certain 80.972 acre tract of land conveyed to the City of La Porte, Tezas, by instrument recorded. under Pile Number M253982 and Pilm C~de 152-78-2108 of the Harris County Official Public Records of Real Property: THENCE S 01'00'45" E 264.06 feet, with the east line of said 22.72 a~re tract, same being the west line of said 20.~0 acre tract, to a 5/8 inch iron rod with cap set for the PLACE OF BEGINNING and being in the north line of the herein described tract of land; THENCE N 79'51'37" B 298.85 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod with cap set for the northeast corner of this tract: THENCE S 10'08'23" E 230.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod wiLh cap set for the southeast corner of this tract; THENCE S 79'51'37" W 568.17 feet, passing at 335.81 feet the east line of said 22.72 acre tract, same being the west line of said 20.00 acre tract, to a 5/8 inch iron rod with cap set for the southwest corner of this tract; THENCE N 10'08'23" W 230.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod with cap set.for the northwest corner of this tract: THENCE N 79'SI'37" B 269.32 feet to the PLACE OP BBGINNING and containing 3.000 acres (130,680 square feet) of land.
