<br />under the REI Land and used in connection with the storage, transportation and
<br />distribution of water for use in connection with the operation and maintenance of the
<br />Plant Land or Improvements thereon excluding, however (to the extent located within
<br />REI Land), any of the pipe or pipelines which bram~h off from or interconnect with the
<br />main or trunk line either on Plant Land or crossing the REI Land and which branch
<br />line(s) has a point oftermination and ending within REI Land;
<br />
<br />(ix) Wastewater Discharge System Within REI Land: Any and all of the
<br />pipes, pipelines (including meters, connections, valves, hydrants and associated
<br />equipment), tanks, mains, lines, wells, pumps and related equipment and facilities located
<br />in, on or under the REI Land and used in connection with the storage, transportation,
<br />collection and disposal of wastewater from the Plant Land or Improvements thereon
<br />excluding, however (to the extent located within REI Land), any of the pipe or pipelines
<br />which branch off from or interconnect with the main or trunk.1ine either on Plant Land or
<br />crossing the REI Land and which branch line(s) has a point of termination and ending
<br />. within REI Land; and
<br />
<br />(x) Parking: Any and all of the fences, pavers, 'posts, markers, or other
<br />improvements located in, on or under the REI Land and used in connection with
<br />vehicular parking by TGH, its employees, agents, representatives, invitees, licensees and
<br />Permittees;
<br />
<br />said Plant Land together with the properties, rights and interests described in (b lei) through (x)
<br />above are herein collectively referred to as the "Plant Property", with the properties described
<br />in (b)(iii) through (x) above being collectively referred to as "TGH's Severed Property".

<br />GRANTOR'S SEVERED PROPERTY
<br />
<br />The conveyance by Grantor of the Plant Land described on SCHEDULE lA,
<br />SCHEDULE I B, and SCHEDULE I C and the Improvements thereon expressly excludes, and
<br />Grantor retains full legal title to and ownership ofthe following:
<br />
<br />(a) Grantor's Transmission Prooertv Within Plant Land:
<br />
<br />(i) one or more lines of towers, poles and other structures, with necessary and
<br />convenient foundations;
<br />
<br />(ii) wires and cables, including ground wires and communication circuits (for
<br />purposes of Switchyard or transmission operation), both overhead and underground;
<br />
<br />(iii) conduits, pullboxes, guy wires and anchors, insulators and crossanns
<br />placed on or used in connection with the structures described in (i) above; and
<br />
<br />(iv) other fixtures, appliances and appurtenances connected with any of the
<br />foregoing, necessary or convenient for the construction, operation, regulation, control,
<br />grounding and maintenance of the Switchyard, electric lines or above-described
<br />communications circuits for the purpose of transmitting, distributing, regulating and
<br />controlling electric energy,
