<br />~rithin the City limits, then the Freeport inv~antory
<br />exemptipn shall appYy to paxties to this Agreetuent.

<br />property become exet~pt from taxation by constitutional
<br />ar~endr~ent or aCt of the Texas Leg.ialature (,includi~,g.
