No. 986,712 <br />CITY OF LA FORTE IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF <br />vs. HARRIS COUNTY, TEMS <br />FRED & ELIZABETH HARMN 61ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT <br />DEFAULT JUDGMENT <br />This being after the appearance day of the Defendants, <br />I-M & ELIZABETH HARTMAN <br />and the Court being regularly in session in term time at the <br />place where the above numbexed and entitled cause was commenced, <br />in which CI'fy of LA PORTE <br />the Plaintiffs State and County of Harris and La Porte I.S.D. <br />C-� <br />are Impleaded Parties <br />and the Judge in open Court regularly called said cause in its <br />order on the docket, and came the Plaintiff; by its attorney <br />Go, 3s <br />of record, and though duly served with process, the Defendants, <br />FRED & ELIZABETH HARTMAN <br />�j <br />as at all times heretofore failed to appear or answer in this <br />-•�•84 <br />behalf, but wholly made default; wherefore the citation with <br />l <br />the officer's return thereon, having been on file with the <br />22 <br />clerk of this Court 20 days exclusive of the day of filing and <br />I <br />of this day, Plaintiff and Intervenor ought to have judgment <br />against Defendants; r-RED & ELIZABETH HERTMO <br />It is, therdfore, ORIEERED, ADJUDGED and DEECR]M that the <br />5; <br />plaintiff , CITY OF LA PO$TE and Btate and County of Harris and <br />�/ <br />La Porte I.S.U. <br />do have and recover of and from the aforesaid Defendant , the <br />sum of r 4,14�.5ti being the sum this Court finds to be due by <br />Imo( <br />a ' 1 <br />reason of the ownership of said hereinafter described property <br />by said Defendants. <br />' It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECHM that the sus <br />of $ Aj:.52 with interest thereon from this date at the rate <br />of nine (9%)per cent until paid, and all costs of this suit <br />due as aforesaid be, and the same is hereby established as a <br />just and legal demand against the following Land as described <br />;+.. <br />in Plaintiff's Original Petition as <br />W <br />Block 423, Lots 4 & 5, La Porte <br />00 <br />and that the tax liens securing payment of same be, and the <br />same are hereby foreclosed as the same existed in favor of <br />CITY OF LA PORTE <br />and as due the state and County of Texas and La Porte I.9.D. <br />for the years as shown in Plaintiff's petition <br />as it existed January 1st of each of the years on said herein - <br />before described land against the rights, title, interest, Liens, <br />and claims of each and all of the said hereinbe£ore mentioned <br />Defendant , or any person or persons claiming under said Defendant—, <br />
