�" • Y <br />by, through or under any right, title or interest acquired <br />during the pendency of this suit, and said land �s ordered <br />sold to satisfy said amount. <br />It is OFOEUMD that an Order of Sale issue comanding the <br />proper officer to seize, levy upon and advertise for sale and <br />sell as under execution each parcel of land or so much thereof <br />as may be necessary to recover the amount of taxes, penalties, <br />interest and coats adjudged to be a lien against it to the <br />highest bidder for cash as provided by law, but in no instance <br />shall said property be sold for an amount Less than the taxes, <br />penalties, interest and costa. <br />If the said land be sold, then the officer executing <br />this Order of Sale shall make a deed to the purchaser of <br />said land upon the purchaser's complying with the terms hereof <br />and such sale and deed thereunder to be made subject to the <br />right of the Defendant or any person having the right of <br />redemption to redeem the land so sold with the time and in the <br />manner provided by law. <br />It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall <br />withhold the issuance of a Writ of Possession to said land so <br />sold until the expiration of said period of redemption; and <br />if no person who is entitled to redeem the said property has <br />executed such right, then at that time or within twenty days <br />thereafter a Writ of Possession shall be issued by the Clerk <br />of this Court ordering the proper officers to place the purchaser <br />or purchasers, their heirs, executors or assigns in possession <br />of the property so purchased, or any part thereof, at the sale <br />provided for in this judgment. <br />Rendered, entered, and signed this day of <br />Judge <br />APPROVED: <br />i <br />C <br />d <br />J- <br />Perry A or <br />4404 Monlrose Blvd. <br />a <br />Houston, Texas 77006 <br />CO <br />
