Even <br />though interest rates are down, they have not had a major impact on us because <br />of the diversity of our portfolio. In addition, the cash available for <br />investments is much larger than originally estimated because we still have not <br />converted to surface water (as of 12/31/90). <br /> <br />5 <br />
